I have said this before.. a dislike zap button that gives the zap to a charity of the zappers choice (i.e. nostr devs, open sats, etc.)... it would show the poster the zaps they could have had if they had a good post and gives the ability to shitpost for a cause

He laughed at me when I told him about intermittent fasting, now he tells me about fasting all the time. He laughed at me when I told him the benefits of suana sessions, now he does them all the time. He laughed when I talked to him about cold plunges, now he talked about cold plunging. #asknostr... hardest decision of my life and I have had to make the decision of end of life for both of my parents... we have fostered kiddos for 3 yrs ( on our 3rd placement).. this placement is 2 kiddos currently 3yrs and 19 months old, and we have been asked to adopt them.. easily a yes and would want to raise them as our own, except... their m.o.m. has multiple kids and it would be hard to maintain sibling relationships without maintaining the toxic relationship with m.o.m..... do we take on a toxic relationship to ensure these kiddos have a chance at a future or do we hope that some of family will take them in that could ensure a better future without the toxic relationship... at the end of the day it is our decision but some possible clarity or unthought of points of view may help.
If any other podcasters/content creators out there are sick and tired of youtube and want to know how I handle all my long-form content on Nostr, here's the workflow I use for my long-form nostr:npub10qrssqjsydd38j8mv7h27dq0ynpns3djgu88mhr7cr2qcqrgyezspkxqj8 interviews:
1) Riverside for recording (they also have live streaming so I use the zap.stream rtmp and it's good to go)
2) Live stream broadcast to zap.stream, with recording enabled so the when complete anyone can still view the past streams on their own time.
3) After adding intros/outros in Riverside, upload finished episode to https://satellite.earth/cdn (storage costs paid in sats)
4) Copy upload link and paste it into nostr:npub1w0rthyjyp2f5gful0gm2500pwyxfrx93a85289xdz0sd6hyef33sh2cu4x , add video details/thumbnail
5) Publish videos on Highlighter: https://highlighter.com/walker/videos (there appears to be an issue with my thumbnails, will investigate)
6) Without doing any extra work, videos appear automatically on Flare.pub and any other Nostr clients that support it: https://www.flare.pub/channel/npub1cj8znuztfqkvq89pl8hceph0svvvqk0qay6nydgk9uyq7fhpfsgsqwrz4u
That's it. It's easy. Your videos are then available on Nostr for anyone on any client that supports it.
