I love mayo, but dont like the oils in store bought mayo. So I make my own, which tastes much better. Its easy:

- 1 egg

- 1 cup avocado oil

- 1 tsp dijon mustard (or plain mustard)

- 1 tsp lemon juice

- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

- 1/4 tsp salt, to taste

In a quart canning jar, add egg first, then acv, lemon juice, mustard, salt. Pour oil on top. Mix with immersion blender until it thickens to your liking. I double this recipe, which fills the qt jar nicely. Using a qt jar, I can make and store in same jar. #grownostr #foodstr #mayo

Yeah, I have an inverter, 3.5kw outback. I don't really know much about how to work with DC off the batteries directly, I wonder how much power I'm losing. Maybe I can go directly off the load from my charge controller, that can handle 60a. The step down would need to handle the 1200w load. Don't those cost a couple hundred dollars? Yes I am on vacation but a price alert came in on these and it is good enough I ordered a set for myself. DeWalt doesn’t do a ton of deals like this, these are 48% off today. Get em while you can if you are on the DeWalt platform. I don’t know how long this deal will last but it is often on day, may be two at best.

Got a good deal on a 300w panel to add to the solar array at the yurt. Now on a sunny day the system can produce over 1200w which means I can plug in a second hashboard on the m29 miner and double the hashrate. It's been mostly cloudy with some sun peeking through for a few hours here and there since I installed the new panel. I have to say, I can't wait for a sunny day to see how the system does at double the power; double the hashrate while using the airflow and heat to evaporate the liquids in the composting toilet collection tank at the outhouse. For now, with the extra wattage, the batteries are able to stay charged even with guests using the power for several days in a row. Previously, it was likely that the low voltage disconnect tripped at some point during their stay.
