Dinner last night. Had to improvise with the clothes hanger to make the kebabs fit the grill 😂. How’d I do #[0]​ ?

As someone who’s been able to afford luxury shit for a few years now I can tell you it’s all crap. We must endeavor to do more with our money.

Here’s my slightly modified version of the original recipe by #[1]​

3lbs ribeye sliced

1 cup light soy sauce

1/4 cup fish sauce

1/3 cup cane sugar

heaping tbsp garlic powder tons of chili flakes, cayenne, scotch bonnet powder, ghost pepper sauce, reaper sauce etc.

let it soak

pellet smoke on low until mostly dry - but not completely.

~1:45-2 hours

leave the fat on - and store with silica bags - but because of the fat it's not totally shelf stable.

Keeps a while in the fridge tho.

I believe the peak of the American empire is behind us, but I do not believe America will descend into mad max style chaos or become a third world nation at any point.

Most likely we become like Europe. We have a permanent class structure. Some enhanced forms of socialism and we spend the majority of our days seeking pleasure and escapism.

Pleasant, but not as punishing as I would like. I should have bammed it up another notch. Gonna add reaper sauce to the next batch.
