The hardest thing about life is trying to make time slow down.

#Bitcoin gives us more of those chances, but it's still on us to figure out how to create them.

I've spent the better part of the past decade absolutely grinding. Essentially working two jobs. Fiat mining and building a #farm from scratch.

The pieces are falling into place to make 2025 the year that the busyness starts to slow down. Bitcoin is only one part of that. 7 years in and the major farm projects will finally be wrapped up.

While my heart tells me there will be bigger things in our future, I look forward to seeing and exploring this place through the eyes of a child and making some epic memories.

How so? It seems legit. He posted the same content outside of nostr too. (My wife has TT and follows him and saw the same video posted on TT promoting nostr)

My wife introduced me to your content from TT. So glad to see you on nostr.

Would love to see meat cooking on this thing. I might just have to make one.

Right but during the Roman empire they didn't have trillions in value circulating around. Maybe a few million. Now I know most of that was printed, but some value is created vs traded.

If I left my fields fallow there is no monetary value in doing so (unless I'm being paid to intentional do so, but not what I mean here). By raising animals am I creating value when you trade your assets that you acquired through trade and barter?

The create vs trade is a hard concept to get my head wrapped around.

You can do nothing and create no value. But you need and want things in life so you need to do things to have assets to trade to acquire your wants and needs. You acquire your assets from others who have done the same thing. Where does the new "excess" value get created? Birthing new humans faster than old humans die? Perhaps.

Essentially what this gets at is the idea that Bitcoin always goes up in value due to small deflationary pressures in a Bitcoin standard world. The upper right quadrant of the Bitcoin sigmoid value curve.

πŸ€” semantics here, but wouldn't this be trading value? Value for value.

Makes me wonder, in a Bitcoin standard world, what creates value? ...Which would cause deflationary pressure.

Another trick to spread milkweed seed is to encourage hunters to use the seed pods when checking wind direction. Critical for #archery #hunting. Milkweed seed pods are very fluffy and delicate, perfect for even the lightest of breezes and they're ready to harvest in time for hunting season.

Do it. That is one of the many ways bitcoiners are minted.

Play stupid games...

Do you have two sets of trays to reduce turnaround between batches? Or is that not necessary?

Our cows and sheep love milkweed before it hits the reproductive stage. As a result, we've seen a big decrease in milkweed in our fields. We take the pods we can find and spread seeds in areas we know livestock won't graze so that monarchs still have some food.

Just goes to show, it was never about the salt water. They wanted maximum destruction. It's only ending because the media interest waned. What manufactured crisis is next? πŸ€”

Not on the level of a cold plunge, but I was struggling with sleep over the weekend so I switched to cold showers. Immediate improvement in sleep.

Am I the only one that thinks Master looks like a British dude from somewhere in the mid 20th century?
