Lol i feel you . I get laugh at all the time . That just more confirmation for me to keep stacking sats . Sometimes i think ..ah one day ill get to laugh at them . But no really is sad they dont wanna get it or try to understand it . Just like not everyone can go to heaven for reasons im sure you know . Is sad but at the end it was their choice .

Friday is pizza day .. I dont make the rules my wife does 😆 not complaining tho i love pizza .

Monday : chest triceps and shoulders . With some abs at the end .
Tuesday : biceps back and trapezius with some abs at the end .
Wednesday : run 1 mile and then do some leg work out with weights .
Thrusday : same as monday
Friday same as tuesday
Saturday : same as wednesday
Sunday : off
If it helps . Ive lost 12 lbs and went from 21% body fat to 18٪ body fat in 2.5 months
I lift weights ( just some dumbbells and a bench & pull up bar ) 4 times a week and run 1 mile 2 times a week , depends how i feel sometimes just once a week .
But the most important part to me is im eating low on fat high on protein . So far it has made a big difference on me . If you want more detail let me know .
