I’m here for the #Bitcoin parallel economy

All the #Bitcoin plebs on X live spaces trying to orange pill Elon Musk and his responses were severely uneducated to the point where he got frustrated and said “I’m only here because Cathie (Wood) asked me to be here, if we’re going to just go back and forth on these stupid Bitcoin arguments, I’ll sign off”

More to come😂

For a smart guy, Elon Musk really does not know much about #Bitcoin or what it actually brings to the table

Waiting for that deposit to hit so you can front run the #Bitcoin ETF trading tomorrow😂

For all my American friends aspiring to mine #Bitcoin at home but limited to 110v, check out Loki modified miners like “The Urlacher” from Altairtech.io . It’s an S19K Pro modified to run at a lower wattage to allow for 110 v mining (for Americans). Some of the best specs I can find without enough tech knowledge to do it yourself or spending money to mess with your breakers/electrical to get 220v.

“The Urlacher” (S19k Pro 115T Modified)

https://altairtech.io/product/urlacher/

$2300 as of 3 Jan 2024

56T Hashrate

1200 watts

53 dB sound level

It also runs on WiFi and doubles as a space heater! Best part is, there are no physical alterations and it comes with the original S19k Pro PSU, so if you ever get access to 220v you can run it at full power to get 115T of Hashrate! (And it retains it’s resale value bc of that if you wanted to sell it later).

I make no commissions and am not affiliated with them at all, I just know how much time and research I put into home mining with 110v and finding the best bang for my buck and wanted to share with the community!

What’s the cheapest energy solution for American miners due to 120v standards here?

1) Buy a step up/step down transformer to convert to 240v and buy a mainstream miner

2) Buy a cheaper miner that’s lower hashrate but runs on 120v just plugging into the wall

Adjusting the breakers/wiring is not going to happen and I’ve heard using the dryer plug is not safe.

Any insight from fellow American miners? #Mining #BitcoinMining

I'm with you on a lot of this. However when God declared all his works *good*, that included the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil.

I don't know that there are any other areas in Creation that we can point to that include a created thing that is always and forever off limits. The implication we draw from scripture is that Adam and Eve would have been given permission to eat of the tree in the right time. In God's timing. The prohibition was one that required humility and trust, and the permission would have come with maturity. This theme is carried all throughout the scripture, such as when the Israelites wanted a king. Their error was not in wanting an earthly king, the implication is that God would have given them one eventually. Their error was in wanting a king on their terms (like the nations) and in their timing (now!).

Adam and Eve were not chastised for wanting to be like God (we see all throughout the rest of scripture that we are supposed to seek that), or seeking to know and determine good and evil (Solomon is rewarded for asking for this). Rather, they are chastised for *grasping* for this on their terms and in their timing. This is contrasted with Christ in Phil. 2:5-7 when Paul writes that Christ did not "count equality with God a thing to be grasped".

This wouldn't negate your point either, by the way, because whether God permits the eating of the tree or gives wisdom by other means, like in the giving of the Spirit, it is still from God and received in faith through submitting to his good will and purposes.

Valid points and I also agree. I guess I should clarify that I wasn’t stating that the Tree of Knowledge of Good & Evil itself wasn’t *evil*, merely the way in which Adam & Eve used it outside of the alignment of God’s intention. So I feel like we’re in agreement here.

Whether due to timing or term issues, they stem from the same issue - doing things our way instead of God’s.

I would say there is a big difference between wanting to be “like God” as in assume His level of hierarchy/power vs. wanting to be like God in the right way (His character) in which we are repeatedly encouraged. We are called to seek to determine to know good and evil by submitting to God’s authority and what He calls good and evil. Just aligning ourself with the Spirit and the wisdom that brings vs doing it in our own right without God’s help.

Either way, I don’t think they were necessarily trying to be like God, but it was the sin of the heart that did them in. Anything out of the alignment of a Holy (perfect/set-apart) God breaks communion and fellowship with Him. This requires perfection, which is of course unobtainable on our own. This is the whole point. He is setting up that point to demonstrate that we can’t do it on our own and that we have to rely on Him.

In any case, I think we’re mostly debating semantics here and that we would agree on pretty much all these points if together in person discussing🤙🏼

Everyone seems to agree & understand that because Adam & Eve lost access to the “Tree of Life” in the Garden of Eden, they lost access to immortality and therefore would die one day. Hence, you start to grasp the use of metaphorical/allegorical language here.

But what most people miss is the flip side with the “Tree of Knowledge of Good & Evil”. It was never intended to be “eaten from” because God defines what is good and what is right as the Omniscient Creator, not us. This is why He commanded them not to partake of it. This is why the temptation from Satan was “to be like God (knowing good & evil)”.

The temptation was to make ourselves God, defining what is good vs evil & what is right vs wrong, instead of relying on God and submitting to Him. We all still do the same today.

But here’s the kicker - Out of His mercy and love, God made a way and provided access to both trees again through Him, only accessible through His Son “the mediator”, allowing us both to live eternally and know what is right/wrong if we are submitted to God. But ONLY if you submit to Him do you get access to life.

He is the Way, the truth and the life!🕊️
