If they push for a fork different that what community users choose, then each Bitcoin will be twice like with Bitcoin Cash. Then each will have their own value and use cases, in the end if majority of the users choose a different fork than big banks, their ETF will loose value faster than "real" bitcoins, like Bitcoin Cash did.

But for sure it's a risk and for sure in any case it will hurt everyone.

False. 2022 low was below 2017 high. So the real question is, how low will 2026 goes.

How long do you keep the channels open? Let's say I open a large several Msats channel and send back most of the sats to keep maximum inbound (and as few sats as needef in a hot wallet on mobile), will you end up closing it?

Get a Yubikey or similar and use WebAuth 2FA everywhere it's possible, then store your TOTP in the Yubikey for other services not using WebAuth. Also you should backup the TOTP setup or use backup codes when available stored separately from your main password manager, ideally on paper but I find more convenient to keep an old (degoogled) phone and have all TOTP in andOTP which allow you to export PGP encrypted backup of all your codes and can be locked with a password (on top of your unlock scheme).

I wrote a detailed article some time ago and it's still mostly up to date: https://eluc.ch/password-managers-and-authentication-tools/

All my password reset questions are "Fuck you hacker!", or I pick up anyone if you have a list and the answer is randomly generated like another password and saved in my password manager.

Once I had to answer one of these over the phone it was fun.

In 2019 someone contact me for a job in web3, they required 5 years of experience in the field... when I explained that it's impossible, they said: yes it is , we found some other candidates with ten years professional experience.

Not sure what you mean, I'm not a big emoji user but I see some with different skin tones. πŸ§›πŸ§›β€β™‚οΈπŸ§›πŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸ§›πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ§›πŸ½β€β™‚οΈπŸ§›πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸ§›πŸΏβ€β™‚οΈπŸ§›β€β™€οΈπŸ§›πŸ»β€β™€οΈπŸ§œβ€β™‚οΈπŸ§œπŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸ§œπŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ§œπŸ½β€β™‚οΈπŸ§œπŸΎβ€β™‚οΈπŸ§œπŸΏβ€β™‚οΈπŸ§˜πŸ»β€β™‚οΈπŸ§˜πŸ½β€β™‚οΈπŸ§˜πŸΎβ€β™€οΈπŸ§˜πŸΏβ€β™€οΈ

Happy Birthday #Bitcoin all the best for this new year, we are only sure about the coming halving but we hope for a lot more for this year 15th year, time to grow and become a man while still enjoying life.

Oh I forgot, #Bitcoin doesn't care.

I went to the most reputable book store in my area and in finance, there were a tiny section hidden 2m high in a corner called cryprocurrency. There were not a single book with the name Bitcoin in it, at least it's accurate but the complete lack of a Bitcoin section or any Bitcoin book whatsoever was disturbing.

We don't count in minutes, days and years, we count in blocks and halvings.

nostr:npub15ypxpg429uyjmp0zczuza902chuvvr4pn35wfzv8rx6cej4z8clq6jmpcx made a nostr bot for fee alarm. Works pretty nice but Amnethyst is not giving me any notification with NextPush (UnifyPush).

I would like to sell on #shopstr and have my listings visible on #Amethyst marketplace. I did login on Shopstr, added my listibg, but it's not visible on Amethyst marketplace under the community menu. Also I don't know how to share my listings as a post.

Can anyone help me with that?
