Bastiat already explained all of this to us, but here we go again...

nostr:nprofile1qqsf03c2gsmx5ef4c9zmxvlew04gdh7u94afnknp33qvv3c94kvwxgsppemhxue69uhkummn9ekx7mp0qyvhwumn8ghj76rzwghxxmmjv93kcefwwdhkx6tpdshsz9thwden5te0wfjkccte9ejxzmt4wvhxjme0sadgdk hey in flotilla, a couple ofquestions:

1. Im self hosting my own flotilla. Can i put multiple blossom servers in there as defaults, and it will prioritize them based on the order input in the .env file? Id like to start it with something like primal's (which appears to be the default), then have the next one be my custom blossom server which id whitelist for people i have talked with and understand what it means for me to host their media used in flotilla.

2. Is there an event id for the space i could input into pokey as a subscription? That way anyone talking in the space id get a pokey notification?

I mean legitimate businesses selling goods or services. nostr:npub155m2k8ml8sqn8w4dhh689vdv0t2twa8dgvkpnzfggxf4wfughjsq2cdcvg is one way for sure, but how easy and safe is it compared to a complete outsourcing of this. It can be in the right hands for sure

Can btcpay be run with a phoenixd server as the backend? 🤔...if so btcpay with phoenixd backend...phoenix wallet for normies spending at the business.

Its the best we got imo. Everything else doesnt stand a chance, unfortunately.

Nice, and do you have a monero node running on one of the machines?

Watched black mirror for the first time in years. Always a mistake, fucking anxiety knot in my stomach now 😂

you know, i just followed the guide at https://www.getmonero.org/resources/user-guides/tor_wallet.html.

If you already have a monero running node running locally on your computer, then it's a matter of 1) installing tor on your computer and 2) following the above guide.

If you have messed around with gupax, you have a computer running linux I presume ?

nostr:npub17n4cuc4d6y6qh89dekvxrenfkt5s0n49xns00uavjaxpr36c55dq87fyh9 A suggestion: It'd be really cool (if possible), to have 'Search' function that only searches the relay if you are on that relay's page. Maybe like here as an example:

This will be very useful for community relays where you may want to search for a certain phrase from a note within the relay, but you don't want to search the wider nostr ecosystem.

🤙

perhaps...that was a legit dangerous fight for him to do. better fighter, bigger... 6 inches of reach! obv he got paid but hes already rich

agreed. here i am getting worked up on a saturday over nothing. Time for more coffee

Hello nostrers,I need some help with my #haven relay, trying but over my skis here.

I have a domain, and updated the 'A' row with a subdomain. It seems to be working as I can access the site am from various devices using the subdomain and it shows my relay.

But, it is only able to use http site. I can't get the reverse proxy to work it seems. I tried to follow the steps to use nginx / certbot but it keeps failing, says 'no valid A records found'. I believe my A record is correct since i can access it over http. Any suggestions out there? 🤙

Im running it on a ubuntu computer i have at home, and not in a VPS, coukd that be why?

#asknostr

understandable! i just spent an embarrassing amount of time making a gif through imgflip without the premium account, so was curious if a nostr alternative existed. Maybe someday, someone, somehow :)

I determined DATUM ( maybe)was making my server go nuts. Seems to cause really acute spikes in resources and server would go to 85 or 90 celsius. Although niw i switched to public pool and similar behavior happens as well, so perhaps that is the case when trying to self host mining 🤷‍♂️
