If you have tight hips/hamstrings look into nerve flossing.
It might not be the muscles that are tight but the nerves.
Found this lately and thought I'd pass it on π
Out the door early this morning for a trip to the Peak District.
Check the cinnamon bun sourdough foccacia π€©

Another 'meat up' in the books. All paid for in Bitcoin from our amazing local butchers.
My sticker still going strong after a few years on a semi popular route in Preston.
It's the bottom one if you couldn't guess π
I thought it'd be a useful retort to whoever put the first one up π

Join us at the Preston Meetup this Thursday coming with an intro to Musqet included.

Agreed, last weekend I was having a bbq. This week got the electric blanket down from the loft π
We've debated it in the past, not sure why we didn't in the end. I'm sure there's a reason π Something for the future
nostr:npub16pxqu5dll5zjk5xezg40tmvcfz5t77p9czs50z9dwgpnn9m4fs9sxdftfe so do you run the Preston meet up?
Yes π«‘
First off, try this site to see what is available near you, usually quite accurate. http://rawmilk.simkin.co.uk/
If not I can recommend Clifton's farm up my way. They do UK delivery and their milk is unbelievably high quality. Even more so than other raw milk around here.
Go to wallet settings and switch off the use primal wallet option. Then set up nostr wallet connect with a wallet that also has that feature. For example I'm using minibits ecash for my zaps.
Raw milk should just be called milk.
The bastardised, denatured version they call pasteurized should be the one that gets labelled.
Preston Meetup for September

Nice of the weather gods to give us a lovely summers day right at the end of August (finally) π

GM (bit late)
Sunlight, raw milk & barefoot grounding after a run.
No synthetic supplement will ever touch this.
Happy Saturday y'all

Bought some trees to go in the border and made the rookie error of placing them on the patio and they look too good to move them.
So now I'm probably going to need to buy more trees to make up for these staying there.
Plus pots for these to go in π«

Thanks for this! Appreciated π
Aubergines coming along in the greenhouse.
Have removed all shading to increase temperature to push plants on and also ripen up tomatoes of which we're harvesting most days.
Just sown Spinach to sit through winter. Some will stay in the greenhouse and will crop until early summer.
Our little hack is we freeze the leaves in sandwich bags straight after picking, then crush them up = spinach on hand whenever you need it.

Can anyone shill me some non bitcoin podcasts? Anything along the lines of fitness, health, homesteading? π
Nothing more manly than some pink sweet peas.
Nostr devs, wen smell-o-vision?

Thank you!
It's always nice to stop and reflect, which is why these photos help. Customers are always looking to the next job, gets tiring towards the end of the season..
Before/After from my working day today.
This border is ready to be mulched.
Always remember to add some goodness back to the soil especially after removing weeds!

Keeping it real instead of just showing our wins.
A tale of two harvests...
Woeful potato crop but plums (& other fruit yet to be picked) are killing it.

Got to start the weekend off with the right intentions πͺ

GM
Parkrun followed by french toast (using homemade choc chip sourdough)
Now barefoot grounding.
Feels good man.

We don't fuck around in this house. There's sourdough to be made π
If you want to talk the talk you have to walk the walk!

In these tumultuous times it's great to be a gardener πβοΈ
