I think there is definitely benefits to doing stretches of cutting out animal products for a certain period of time because it seems to reset certain things in your body, would like to give it another shot in the future for a couple months but I need to plan better.

I tried to do vegan for 6 months as an experiment and if I’m being honest I felt so terrible, but I think it was mostly because I wasn’t getting 2,000 cals a day.
Anyway I went back to eggs every morning and usually one meal with meat a day and I feel so good again.

I just do it all on stovetop in stainless steel for steaks usually. Little butter in the pan then seer the first side 3-4 mins and the 2nd side for 2 mins.
Then de-glaze pan with white wine and that starts the gravy base 😎
