(1) Product is prepared only for sale or service in meals or as entrees directly to individual consumers at such establishments;
(2) Only federally or State inspected and passed product or such product prepared at a retail store exempted under paragraph (d)(2)(iii) of this section is handled or used in the preparation of any product;
Now maybe the restaurant owner I talked to is just mistaken. Or possibly the local health dept requires usda

Now I'm more confused bc the exemptions define retail as this

You're probably right about the health inspector level thing, I just know all the restaurants I've tried to work with required usda butchers.
You might be right about state inspected meats being in restaurants, but my current understanding is usda
Your putting data on someone else's server and then requesting they delete it and you're butthurt when they don't? What, do you want the cops to go to their data center and make them delete it? Even if you personally only used relays that respected it, if others broadcast your note to their relays, your delete wouldn't even make it. How could what your saying even work technically? It's a feature, not a bug.

I've looked at it because that's what @cloudfodder is doing with relay.tools

If they have identical specs then nothing besides form factor. A pc is a pc. Probably cost of the screen increases the laptop cost, and maybe increases power draw, but idk.
I like headless because I can just access it from my laptop but you can do that with the laptop server too if you know the ip or setup port forwarding, but my router doesn't permit it.
I think if this passes I need to talk with a restaurant owner about it then two avenues I'm thinking are on farm slaughter and then bringing to the state inspected facilities and then the restaurant could try and get one for using only state inspected meats. Would be interesting because the businesses would basically have to rely on the state of Missouri to protect them from federal action by the usda. Do you think the state would do that if it came down to it?
