I believe the minimum lock-in time is one year. In terms of repairs and the monthly payments on bitcoin, that’s a good question (for the Bitcoin payment I believe it comes down to you can pay for the full year of hosting charges and get one month free if you do that), otherwise monthly cc pull. Because we don’t have a way to automate Bitcoin payments, and chasing individuals for ~$100/month of Bitcoin doesn’t make sense, if you want to pay with Bitcoin, we’re happy to do that but request it for a year in advance — we’ll knock off a month as a give on our side.
