Too much looking inward can cause this, or make it worse - in my experience. I find it helps to be present when possible.
I'll boost this. I'm not educated enough to give a clear explanation. I can say, if you change relays, you risk losing some of the former feed due to how the different relays interact.
The deeper I get into thinking this through, the more horrific the landscape becomes.
