I suppose I could just add any repo I care about not sharing under a new organization. I see that it doesn't auto-share those.
Is it possible to connect Github without giving access to private repos?
I have a feeling this is the beginning of something magical
I haven't played with it much (i'm not a big npm user), but thought it looked very interesting - maybe nostr:npub14wxtsrj7g2jugh70pfkzjln43vgn4p7655pgky9j9w9d75u465pqvagcye or another Alby team member knows
FYI for the people who think we at nostr:npub1s3ht77dq4zqnya8vjun5jp3p44pr794ru36d0ltxu65chljw8xjqd975wz haven't released anything, yet. We've been publishing low-level libraries and utilities.
#Alexandria is our first client and it's being built with a popular NDK, so it's basically a side-project we needed to visualize the new event kinds and work out the kinks in the spec.
#GitRepublic will be built upon Aedile.
If we wanted to look at these releases, where could we find them?
we really don't have a lot of DVMs yet... the ecosystem is in it's early infancy.
we do have a growing number of feed generators (algorithms), but that's only 1 DVM job type out of infinity (and currently there are about 30 different DVM job types - see the list here: https://dvmdash.live/kind/).
Right now we just have kind numbers, soon we'll have wikifreedia pages desribing each type of kind (aka job types). Kind 5300 is feed generation algorithms.
DVMDash v0.1 is out! I probably can't make the livestream at that time though 🥲 In case ya'll want to mention it, release notes are here: nostr:naddr1qvzqqqr4gupzpkscaxrqqs8nhaynsahuz6c6jy4wtfhkl2x4zkwrmc4cyvaqmxz3qqxnzdejxv6nyd34xscnjd3sz05q9v
Could you link to those issues / PRs? Would be curious to check out the kind of work it’s doing
https://dvmdash.live/metrics shows a metric for how much DVMs have been paid in sats. This is currently a best guess, and is a lower bound, so it’s probably higher.
Maybe I should add a page to https://dvmdash.live that sorts DVMs by when they last did a job. Technically you can only know if a DVM is online if it responds to a job request
I'm bullish on an ecosystem of data vending machines! Gave two talks at Nostriga about them:

Self-hosted Alby Hub?
Why can't I zap github commits? What is this, 2023?
