A lot of people think that being anti corporatism means you’re anti capitalism, but that just isn’t true.

My wife went off birth control and we got pregnant nearly immediately. We did the birth through a birthing center that was essentially an old house ran by midwives. Was an amazing experience. 100% natural birth.

Take supplements (we’ve been doing organ meat supplements lately, highly recommended), eat well, get exercise, and enjoy the process 😉

Dude, I love this! I really like the idea that data/comms are essentially synced across clients, as everyone seems to have their preferred. That seems like a big unlock.

My focus is on security at SaaS companies and of SaaS products (internally and externally), so I am very curious to explore the impacts on that side of things further. I have limited technical knowledge of Nostr at the moment, but was planning to start really diving in post Christmas.

The web and most of our tech today is fundamentally broken. The disease of fiat has pushed companies to be constantly focused on growth alone and it has led to absolutely miserable tech experiences. Every fucking thing requires a login, tracks everything you do, sells your data. Websites, tvs, phones, it never stops.

I’ve followed this author (see article below) for a while and I don’t think he gets everything right, but he does an incredible job documenting just how badly tech companies have lost the plot. Working in said companies, I’m astounded by how few of them actually have their shit together and behave in a moral way for their users.

Thankfully, Nostr fixes this. I fully believe we can take this all back and build back the internet as it was intended.
