the kingdom of God is in direct opposition to the empire of man. it is rooted in a servant King who offered up His life for the many, rather than sucking the life out of the many for the few.

Around 300AD, when empire was centered in Rome, the kingdom of God was so impacting and undermining the empire of man from the bottom up, that darkness did the only thing it could do, to save itself… it merged empire with the kingdom of God.

when that happened, the mind of empire was injected into the kingdom of God on earth, retarding its growth.

the mind of empire continues to infect the kingdom of God and the church to this day.

but i believe we are entering a time when parts of the church will begin leaving Babylon…the place where Empire was birthed, to learn how to live free in the kingdom of God.

Society needs to stop playing God.

Every time we try to “improve” nature, we destroy it.

Food, medicine, birth, money, health — all hijacked under the illusion of progress.

Here’s how intervention has wrecked what was already perfect:

1. We introduced vaccines instead of trusting the immune system God designed.

Your body was made to adapt, build memory, and protect you for life.

Instead, we injected it with lab-made formulas and called it protection.

Now we’ve got skyrocketing autoimmune disorders, neurological damage, and immune systems that can’t function on their own.

We didn’t protect anyone — we disrupted what was already working.

2. We turned birth into a medical emergency.

Women have been giving birth since the beginning of time — without IVs, pitocin, and cold white lights.

Now it’s surgery on a schedule. Trauma on a monitor.

Free birth honors the female body, her hormones, her timing, and her instincts.

We replaced empowerment with protocols — and wonder why outcomes keep getting worse.

3. We broke money by letting governments control it.

Money used to represent time, energy, and value.

Then they started printing it, taxing it, inflating it, and stealing from the people quietly.

Bitcoin brings it back to what it should be: incorruptible, fixed, free from manipulation.

You don’t need a central bank. You need a fair system.

4. We ruined milk trying to make it “safe.”

Milk the cow. Drink the milk. That’s it.

Instead, they heat it, bleach it, plastic-wrap it, and sell it as “healthier.”

Now it’s a gut-destroying, nutrient-deficient mess.

Raw milk is what we were meant to drink. Pasteurized milk is dead.

Stop fixing things that were never broken.

5. We replaced real food with lab experiments.

Our ancestors ate from the earth. We eat from factories.

They ate for nourishment. We eat for shelf life.

It’s not a diet problem — it’s a deception problem.

Get back to fruit, meat, raw dairy, and eggs.

Your body isn’t broken. Your food is.

6. We destroyed farming with chemicals and greed.

We had it right — animals on land, rotating crops, feeding the soil.

Then came pesticides, GMO seed, synthetic fertilizer, and monocrops.

Now our food is weaker, our soil is lifeless, and farmers are slaves to the system.

This isn’t sustainable. It’s sabotage.

Regenerative farming isn’t revolutionary — it’s just returning to sanity.

7. We replaced freedom with permission slips.

You were born free.

But now everything requires approval, ID, fees, forms, surveillance, and licenses.

Government doesn’t grant freedom. It takes it.

Every new regulation is another inch of your life they control.

Let people live. That’s the only real “progress.”

It’s time to stop pretending we know better than nature.

Stop sterilizing, fortifying, modifying, and managing everything into dysfunction.

The answers are simple. They’ve always been here.

We just stopped listening.

Get back in tune.

Eat real food.

Question fake authority.

Stop playing God.

We can do better.

And it starts by doing less.

what if wearables and health tracking are like quantum observers of our bodies - changing what they measure, creating anxiety feedback loops, crowd-sourced norms and hive-mind health? are we still in control of our well-being - or is the data?

in quantum mechanics, observing a system collapses its wave function - it picks a reality. what if measuring our bodies does the same? every time you check your heart rate, glucose or blood oxygen, you might be forcing your body into a fixed state.

your body isn't a static dashboard - it's a dynamic process. but constant tracking turns it into a slideshow of health "snapshots". is your body still free to self-regulate or is it always being pinned down by the observer: you?

over time, this can create a rigid sense of what’s “normal”. feeling good might matter less than looking good to the monitor. you become a manager of metrics, not a participant in your own well-being.

now add anxiety. you see a small uptick in your heart rate. you worry. that worry raises your heart rate more. your device flags it. now you're spiraling. health becomes a feedback loop - and the tech meant to reassure you does the opposite.

what happens when the norms aren’t even yours anymore? imagine billions uploading vitals into a real-time global average. your health gets judged against a crowd-sourced “normal”. medical standards become fluid. you’re only as healthy as the "system" says you are.

take it further: a spike in stress in one city triggers ripple effects globally.

wearables sync. vital signs echo across populations. is your fatigue yours, or did you catch it from others? health becomes a hive mind phenomenon.

prediction makes it worse. your device says: “70% chance of a migraine today”. you stress about it. you get the migraine. like the observer effect in quantum physics, the act of predicting may cause the outcome.

now imagine quantum-level monitoring. tracking cellular changes before symptoms appear. you stop disease before it starts - pure prevention.

but maybe we over-correct. life becomes a game of constant tweaking. always fixing, never just being.

so what’s the endgame? health as a lived, intuitive experience... replaced by metrics, algorithms and collective data. the act of watching ourselves is changing what we are.

final thought: if observation shapes reality, then constant self-monitoring might be reshaping health itself. are we still deciding what “healthy” means? or is it the act of watching that decides for us?

Corporate humble braging and inauthentic gratitude declarations are so painfully cringy and depressing. Everyone is trying to appear more valued than they actually are in the workplace. And everyone has an opinion just so that they can appear like they are contributing to the process in a meaningful way but most of the time their opinions will just make them look dumb and desperate for affirmation or validation.

I deal with a high level of anxiety simply trying not to blatantly call BS on this crap and get myself fired in about 3 honest opinions into a conference call.

Something that's been on my mind for a little while:

Women who pursue interests, occupations, and roles that some consider masculine are often accused by detractors of "wanting to be men."

This is a straw man.  All most of these women really want is to not be held back from being themselves.  And if women are interested in and capable of doing masculine things, how exclusively masculine are those things, really?  (And why does it matter?)

People who are prescriptive with gendered behavior often claim that their way is natural.  If it's so natural, why are they so triggered when people ignore it?

They punish authenticity in the name of authenticity, which is just wild to me.
