If I had to guess something worth trying for art, it’d be a limited piece of work for a smaller amounts of sats.

In the 1990s I sat in briefings about how the electronic spectrum was full. We were at the limit of bandwidth and new uses for the internet were a waste of time. Today those who were questioning the limits of dial up internet would look like fools. Things get built as they are needed. There aren’t 8 billion people wanting to transact in bitcoin so your question is unanswerable. Things are being built and scaled on Bitcoin every day. Use what we have (lightning, liquid, cashu, etc) and solutions will grow with demand.

They did not go against consensus. Rough consensus is an open software development process and has nothing to do with the opinions of all of us who are not contributors to the code. Knotts doesn’t even have a consensus process, it’s just the changes Luke wants to make to Core.
Definitely a scam. I think some of these people claim a loss then just donate the original bitcoin to themselves to adjust their cost basis before selling for fiat.
