5) Way too many NIPs are in limbo with mergaable but unmerged changes.
1) I haven't seen a relay that wanted payment, laid out the benefits, and then let me pay with a zap.
2) Maybe petty but also getting to a reason why people donate, I'm not able to donate to an app and have that donor status show for other users of that app.
3) NIP-O4 (DMs) are not secure. NIP-44 seems an improvement but needs security review.
4) Overall, the chaos level is on the high side.

Count calories by weighing all food and drink and measure your weight. Each pound of fat is 3500 calories. With these facts you can tailor your daily intake to either burn or put on fat. I've used this at different times to lose many pounds. Exercise helps burn more fat or allows you to eat more. The beauty of this is you don't have to change your diet, just the amounts you consume. It's a fascinating problem. Might be interesting to release finances and provide a kind of open accounting for running a relay. Or like why don't any of the client projects add a donation badge in their UIs?
I wasn't very impressed with any of the paid-relay flows when I tried a few out. It was work for no measurable benefit. Maybe a combo with merch?
Overall it just may be too early given the insecurity of DMs via NIP-04. DMs would be an awesome way to invoice if secure. To that end, NIP-44 security audit needs more attention.
