Chief user experience complainer. Head of FOMO.

Especially if we are talking about 199.99999... πŸ˜„

Given your bio, I think you will fit right. πŸ«‚

Just remember that there's no algorithm, you are the algorithm, so you have to put in the work to find content and people ☺️

I enjoy dbrand marketing emails. AMA

Agreed, the fact that Obsidian is not open-source is the part that sucks. That said with plugins and the fact that it's super easy to modify things with CSS using DevTools inline (and see the source code), it's sort of bearable.

Is the syntax for properties in Logseq the same? If yes, then that's great!

New Obsidian update introduces "Properties" to all users (not just early backers)

Properties are a cool set of features that essentially standardize the metadata talking about a single .md document and make working with those more friendly.

How exactly do you use "AI" to bruteforce passwords?

We are fans of the actual Budweiser made in Budweis the city, not the knock off 🍺

In most of the world that's the one you get when you order "Budweiser" πŸ˜…

I have no knowledge about either of them, so what you said is possible.

Politicians are actors competing on who tells you the best exactly what you want to hear. So the ability to play any role is quite a solid background.

Every time they have a misshap I hear Guenther say his "bloody hell" πŸ˜„

The advantage of RedBull on the high speed tracks points exactly to something like this. Something is bending somewhere more than it should. This will be interesting.

Got it, no worries, all good!

Yeah, I don't think the claim above was that local storage can store all of the Internet. My read is that the suggestion was that having individual storage with fast access and sizes larger than what RAM can hold enough of information in it to provide local & personalized "algorithm", so there is less of a need for major centralized hubs like Primal deciding "popularity". There is still need for all what makes nostr great - the portable identity, signing of events and lightweight relays.

My fair guess for what iefan meant above is that having this type of storage open sourced allows many more Nostr clients, not just Damus, to take advantage of the solution.

You replied to me, so the replies and full convo would be stored in my DB and my app would proactively fetch events from relays and store/cache those too. That's how Nostr works. The phone DB is mainly a "caching" layer that makes everything faster for you and hopefully saves some data bandwidth.

I'm not sure what are you getting at? What limitations or problems are you highlighting?
