Less than 5%, however there is no substitute for me for tons of things on YouTube/Reddit/Instagram

Where do you go to look at badges?

I would say Isabella Stewart Gardner of the Gardner Museum. I love that she went her own way and had the audacity and ability to carry out her dreams as a collector! I have different tastes than her now but the way she brought all of these things together is very inspiring to me, and is a role model. I like to say that she was exactly on the right path, and with the benefit of the Internet (and Bitcoin) we simply need to continue what she was doing more than 100 years ago. I believe that fundamentally she wanted masterpieces from living artists, and I don’t think she would have focused so much on Old Masters if she had access to what we have now with the Internet. So that’s my interpretation of her aspirations, and what I aim to do.

I’ve made regretful purchases before, but not $44,000,000,000.

No other clients. Maybe there’s a particular relay I’m connected to that is acting up?

There was an early exposure to it in 2013 or earlier that I don’t remember, I saw the parabolic move on TV in late 2016 and was like, What? Bitcoin is still alive? Q2 2017 started watching on a daily basis and didn’t start buying until months later from FOMO and maybe having a background that was familiar with Ron Paul, Thomas Sowell, Fold@Home, the SETI project, BitTorrent, and silver US dollars. It really did take looking at everything on a daily basis though to connect the dots.

Yeah I think there’s something going on with the relays where it resets often when I open the app

At the moment I have to manually add nostr.wine and the accompanying filter on a regular basis to be able to see anything on Global 😂

This is something I wrote at the time that I wanted to emphasize:

April 2019. This was an impossible project with Yury Yarin where we just went for it and made it happen. There was no time to lose, and yes there were many problems and setbacks, but my perspective is: There is probably no one else in the world that would choose this particular artist and dare to attempt this as a commission without any instructions other than specifying the subject and dimensions. If I didn't say yes, in all likelihood it wasn't going to exist. Talks began on this project on January 18th, 2018. I'm trying to get this out on view in a museum so you can see it in person, and when you do, I hope you'll be glad that it exists :)
