Yes, you do have to go back to your wallet to approve zaps. Auto approval is coming soon but it is still going to require you going back to the app.
In the top right corner there should be a gear icon. Then in emergency toolkit is the log download button.

Description password? You mean whenever loading an existing wallet, it is asking for a password? Perhaps there's an error loading something and it's being interpreted as an invalid password. Not sure. If it happens again please try to download logs and pass them to us.

New Mutiny Release v0.4.14 🚀
We've made some improvements to load times and fixed an issue causing missing lightning gossip data that could have caused a lot of "no routes found" errors.
We also have the android app caught up to feature parity with the web wallet. Log downloads, state downloads & uploads, plus back button navigation.

Lastly, we're going to continue working on path finding improvements to make the wallet more reliable. We've worked behind the scenes on our prober to handle multi path payments better, and analyzing the results to provide to our Voltage LSP.
We'll also be working on a custom path finding algorithm to prioritize hubs, in addition to integrating additional LSPs like Zeus/Olympus and C=, which those teams have already started helping with.
Let us know if payments are any better at all, but we expect some popular destinations to still be problematic. We're sorry about this but we are actively working on it. A lot of what we are doing is still very experimental.

Yes, and this is pointing out some of the shortcomings of launching a Lightning wallet that isn’t ready for prime time. Channel management, liquidity, capacity, etc. are serious stumbling blocks and upstart projects like nostr:npub1mutnyacc9uc4t5mmxvpprwsauj5p2qxq95v4a9j0jxl8wnkfvuyque23vg are struggling because they’re relying on outside providers that aren’t getting the job done. I’m testing this stuff and reporting on my experiences with my own funds so others can make informed decisions.
If you would like to help the project out by providing logs so we can investigate this, we can take a look. Otherwise, sorry it's too early for you.
We will eventually have it so that it will auto zap but the app has to be opened still for that to happen. Exploring some other things we might be able to do in the background but it won't be any time soon.

It should show there after a little bit. Has to sync some gossip to find the name but it's hit and miss sometimes.
We have a new "open in nostr client" button that should make it easy.
There is some in the admin settings. Anything in particular you would like to see? Node names should be there.
Mutiny struggles when sending out hundreds of zaps, even with the approve all button. Will work on that for next week!

Just zapped 5k to him no problem. Is this only a recent problem? There's occasional users where there seems to be payment problems still when others are not having it. If you can try again and share logs through the GitHub link on the feedback form, that will help.
It is. Only random identifiers are referenced, and the content is encrypted client side with your seed words, which is why all it takes is your seed words to pull it down and decrypt it. There's no way we could possibly guess/brute force those words.
