Substack seems to have gone down.
Strike does work here and you don’t need much to get it going either. As little or as much as you wish to throw in there.
Nostr works the same as anywhere and I jump between Nostur and Primal.
In terms of investment tools and exchanges, that’s where it gets a bit harder to advise.
I’m running on sats and Nostr currently and not doing much more than that.
A hot air balloon flies over our house. So low, in fact at one point he was lower and boosted his gas passing over the house behind us and at the point of this photo, I reckon was under 100ft above us.
The Daily Express is a British newspaper but I suspect this craft might have once promoted the newspaper. I had a look online and a balloon like this has flown at a number of big events. Is it one of a kind?
In other photos I noted it had a number, some kind of ID I guess?

This sculpture was absolutely wild. It’s called Infinity Blue and is located in the Core building at the Eden Project, where the long term exhibition “Invisible Worlds” is currently running.
Here is the gumpf https://www.edenproject.com/visit/things-to-do/infinity-blue
Have just updated my Nostr address and LN address. The lights are still on. Cool.
Now now! Zarco, of course, his statue is right in the middle of the city.
Reading 2025 - black and white photos taken doing the Kennet & Avon Canal. Includes the old Gas building, former employees homes for the Huntley Palmer biscuit factory.

Thanks for the facts! Yeah I knew the fennel one but not the other. Who discovered Madeira? How widespread is Bitcoin in Funchal? Can you but lunch, coffee or beer with lightning for example?
A very wet day in Cornwall bleurgh. E we had two really nice days though. You have to take the rough with the smooth after all.

I pretended they did and won 300 tickets
The weather yesterday at Newquay was vicious and this photo doesn’t do it justice! We had to wring ourselves out when we got back to our accommodation.

The Cornish weather stone is hilarious

If only the Arcades in Cornwall worked with bitcoin!

I think it’s one of the issues with Nostr, depends on the relays you use and the clients. I believe it’s impossible for the metadata to be synced across the board.
We kayaked around this yesterday. Not right up to the boil, that would be very dangerous but we had fun in the fast moving water that it created in its tail.
We’ve been kayaking for a number of years now and this was the first time in years my wife or I had done anything like this.
We had coaching and learnt a lot and took a little trip around the islands in the river at Shepperton, Thames.
I’m on RSS blue too - looking forward to future releases. I’m taking a break from recording tracks for a little while. I’ll be back in a few weeks with something new. I am sure. Got one or two ideas cooking up
