yeah, it definitely seems to be connected, also for me it got a lot worse, i always had it a bit but yeah two years ago, about the same time as i started using the sugar free versions.
i've basically kicked out caffeine altogether, except the tiny amounts in the cacao, which probably amount to about half a cup of coffee that gets spread out over about 5 hours when i have my morning breakfast cacao/salt/milk.
i hope you can solve this issue also. it's really messed up because as i discovered it advances into double vision and that has been a real kick in the nuts for me as a programmer.

there is also V.
but seriously! there's so much more reusable tooling and instrumentation for go, and it's the only language with coroutines and fifo queues as first class syntactic elements.
most programming languages are not built with simplicity as a key value, and go's got enough years behind it that you can depend on it, and unlike almost every other language, it's still possible to pick up ten year old code and use it, almost without any extra effort required.
you can't say that about any ANY other language. with Ken Thompson in the leadership it's got the best pedigree of any language too.
Zig? what is Zig?
I've done a little with rust, wrote some microservices gRPC/protobuf stuff. threading is lame in rust, feels like a straight-jacket after goroutines and channels.
well if that's true then escaping slavery is my program.
i remember reading a thing about vitamin C and steaks. it's there, and it seems to be more bioavailable actually. i dunno about cow's milk but certainly sheep and goat milk both contain loads of vitamin c and fibre.
so long as you are lactose tolerant and not allergic to casein you could literally live off ruminant milk.
the thing i've discovered is that you can even gain muscle quite rapidly even at my near-middle age, the fats and other nutrients seem to be smoothing out and making my skin more elastic. and it's not even raw milk, mostly i'm on UHT, cos that's all i can get.
number one thing you can do for your teeth is to eliminate all sugars except for lactose.
second thing that helps is avoiding acids, acetic, citric, tartaric, especially tartaric acid, that shit turns into rocks. main source is grapes. malic acid too, from apples, isn't much good either.
basically, a diet based on fresh milk and fresh meat, with no starchy vegetables. basically, leaves are ok, but everything else is a no.
yoghurt is ok but i have to avoid cheese too, i have discovered that i break out in a rash if i eat cheese. the other day i had like 400ml of sweetened yoghurt and by the time i got back from a 5km walk home i had a rash that took a bit over a day to subside. that would have been probably 20g of sucrose, cane sugar.
i'm now of the opinion that most general malaise is caused by sugars, most especially malts, but to a lesser extent fruit sugars and acids. and if you want to totally destroy your nervous system, you should try sucralose, and acesulfame potassium. that gave me chronic double vision and tinnitis. i am pretty sure they also operate through the same mechanism - they feed bacteria, and the metabolites of the bacteria are nerve and endocrine poisons that disrupt your whole body.
yeah, to me it smells like FUD hoax.
that wouldn't even feed you a day.
the cheapest weapon of war is confusion.
it's really important to etch the core truths into your memory, the pain of confusion passes quickly when you have them ready to hand.
one of my favourite things from my time in Serbia was kiseli kupus. goes with everything!
it's a neat trick... you have to click on the first post though, to bring up the modal, and then close the modal and the first 5 or so articles can be shown in reader view, with no titles or usernames.
omg, i just discovered i can read coracle's feed in reader mode in firefox.
pure, simple text. original posts only, no replies, no hidden overflow.
giant clear glass panels as doors are evil.
it's not for nothing that they tape giant X's on them when they stack them onto trucks to deliver them.
the people who decide to have them installed in doorways should be prosecuted for all the head injuries they cause.
that's the thing about them. there is no such thing as authentic inside a simulation.
i was tempted to drink some coffee again yesterday.
wasn't even very much, like half a teaspoon of instant coffee.
it felt like i was getting more done yesterday than normal, but the confusion in my mind as the day wore on to my normal bedtime revealed the reason why i have been very wise to stop consuming this garbage drug.
it makes you confused.
it fucks up your sleep.
it makes you talk too much.
and as i am experiencing this morning:
it gives you headaches, tinnitis, ruins your vision.
it's gonna slow me down a bit today too, i need to recover from the damage.
one of the most important weapons of war is ways to confuse and damage the morale of an enemy.
most of the techniques resemble gaslighting and staging plausible but false events.
as bitcoiners, we have big enemies. we gleefully declare how we are taking money back from the bankster cartels, but people sorta forget what a vicious bunch they are, i mean, beyond ordinary every day evil, they design devices to mince people up on a regular basis, and then even gloat about it almost openly.
rewriting our history and spreading delusional ideas that promote the idea of banksters impervious defenses and beyond physically possible powers are the ways they do this, and they are cheap, far cheaper than any of the other attacks they perform on humanity.
i got into a bit of a heated debate about the meaning of the term "peer to peer" last night and realised that i had associated concurrency as an implicit feature of peer to peer systems, forgetting the whole thing about what systems are.
systems are a complex set of parts that operate as a unit.
peer to peer systems can be concurrent, because there is no gatekeeper in the information flow.
but there usually is some form of gatekeeper.
bitcoin's is the block schedule/difficulty adjustment and proof of work.
these effectively make the entire network a series of computations done by a single computer, one after another.
it's just a case of me forgetting that my ideas about concurrency as relates to peer to peer systems have got a bit muddled up since i got lightning-pilled.
anyhoo, this is my point:
keep your own copy of the records.
don't accept any stories that appear to amplify the power of the enemy at face value, they are almost certainly distortions, taking one grain of truth and then surrounding it with plausible delusions.
