This is the way, I wasn't a Twitter/X kind of person; Deleted all my social media years ago recognizing the BS that was the algos on the "Home Feed".

Hoping there is something like an "Instagram" solution on Nostr in the future. Loved me some Instagram posts from friends.

Religion, Economics, and Politics are intimately intertwined with one another.

My introduction to Politics and Religion came from being mathematically logical about the accounting of economic reasoning (i.e. "There is no way to spend money that was not previously owned by the spender")

Assuming a Christian Metaphysics, Logic comes from God; Logic explains Economics, the study of Human Action; Understanding Logic/Ethics and Economics gives an understanding of Politics.

All of this works in reverse when it comes to understanding the Root Cause or foundational philosophy of a political theory/system.

Everyone has a role to play, I won't actively discourage it. Some people want to go one route, others want to go through an untraversed trail.

Free market works in "mysterious" ways

I naturally tend to "Ghost" my friends who use their words as weapons and cause pain to others. Not that I don't want them to get better, just can't rationalize with someone when they're emotionally charged on a consistent basis.

It is common to hear, "Politics is Downstream from Culture". I'd venture to say, "Culture is Downstream from Virtue/Vices".

If Economics is based on subjective value assessments from individuals, Culture is based on the development of aggregate Virtue in a Society.

"Toxic Masculinity" is a lack of Masculinity, not an overabundance.

Contemplating going through a PoliSci Phd and teach so I can get paid by the Govt to continually shit on the Govt.

Bitcoin may be saved now, it will be spent eventually. My kids will be buying ice cream with my well earned Sats.

Some people do really well with microblogging, that is the beauty of the marketplace. Looking forward to reading more long-form.

imo Bitcoin will always gain purchasing power in a Capitalistic environment. Accumulative efficiency of resource usage will drive the cost of production down. Without an inflationary storage of value/medium of exchange/unit of account, prices will be pressured to go down in a continually competitive environment.

Regardless if Bitcoin continues to go up in "Fiat" terms, it is going up in purchasing power for market goods.

This is very much similar to the Jeff Booth "Price of Tomorrow" perspective. (I still need to read the book)

My normie "friends" question as to why I want privacy.

"What are you doing that requires that much privacy?"

"I don't do anything illegal, so I don't care if they track everything"

They don't get it, while I'm understanding counter-economics and Bitcoin.

I'd wager to say there is still value in having parallel markets that function regardless of Govt activity. Its not just useful in functionality, but also in delegitimizing the Govt in the public perception.

After more than a year of not working, got myself a job. Don't underestimate your network, knowing people is just as important if not more important than being competent. Just how the world works.

Time to continue stacking Sats!
