I dont know about cheaper but IVPN requires zero personal information from you (not even an email address) and you can pay in bitcoin.
We covered a lot as usual on this bitcoin.review episode, thanks to #[0] GuySwan and #[1] for joining me. https://bitcoin.review/podcast/episode-28/
This Windows VM might be what you are looking for?
So, you’d input the npub in Cake to pay to someone on Nostr?
Not convinced. On Twitter I can’t see who you’ve been DMing..
Seems like it’s not saving the amount I try setting as default zap. Every time I open settings it’s back at 1000?
But now they aren’t all stateless and it’s a good idea to use multiple devices of different makes in multisig. So now do I need a Cold Storage Device (seedsigner)and a Signjng Device (Passport, Keystone, etc).
I’ve just never had any confusion calling one a hardware device with a newbie. Signing device also makes sense. It’s just learning how to use it.
I’ll give you that cold storage device is less bad than air-gapped bitcoin computer though.
Personally I’m comfortable with hardware wallet. Doesn’t really matter all that much once you learn how to use it. You could call a thing a car or mobile enclosed chair radio 😂
If the argument is that hardware wallet is confusing, I don’t see how cold storage device is any less confusing. SeedSigner is stateless, it stores nothing… but it is used for signing 🤷♂️
Mine also locked (more than 1 account). I can still post and reply but get an account locked message asking for account verification via phone number when I try to DM. No recent mention of Nostr and know I didn’t violate ToS.. but none of my accounts have ever had phone numbers attached. Guessing we’re on to shotgun phone number collection now.
Most news makes me wish I had a badass off road RV 😂

You can filter the normal Twitter search to only show accounts you follow. Then you’d have to do a few searches for words like npub, nostr, pub key, etc.
