Yep but along the lines of Highlighter šŸ‘‰ and note can be a single sample / note (musical) or bar or line of lyrics.

Composasble music legos

Here’s an example but what if you do it collaboratively (and for fun)

https://youtu.be/WsBKpi_z3_c?si=N0FpulZokUuEeDRe&t=70 (1:10)

where Leo talks about how he can churn out a video per week. He’s doing everything himself sans guest appearances. The cam angles change every 2-3 seconds but that’s just the visual. The main thinking is putting the track together. He plays all the instruments too with layering.

Yeah but was thinking of lyrics and composing as well.

Can’t notes be used as backup metadata for all the layers (not just media servers).

As gossip-model helps with relay decentralisation the same note breadcrumbs for rest of the layers? DNS might be tougher nut to crack.

I don’t remember the data structure of ATproto but on the nostr environment the primal type of indexing service could be ideal for firehose type of real-time algo feeds?

I'm finally getting around to watching all of the Workshop Day 2 #nostrasia content. The deep dive into Primal's algos was informative. nostr:npub16c0nh3dnadzqpm76uctf5hqhe2lny344zsmpm6feee9p5rdxaa9q586nvr discussed which algos they have and use, how some of their algos work, and their plans for the future. I look forward to upcoming Nostr clients that implement algo stores, where users can pick can choose how and if they want algos to help organize their content. The more user choices we have, the better.

This is worth checking out from the Bluesky:

https://atproto.com/blog/feature-skyfeed

Skyfeed is a powerful feed builder with regex capabilities among others. Still easy enough to be used by end users.

This is similar but less so:

I meant the bunker. Just trying to understand from the perspective ā€œtrusting a 3rd party is a security threat as a defaultā€. They need not to be adversarial but just get hacked.

We need easy-to-use solutions, and almost anything is better than centralised silos 😁

Farcaster’s Passkey was a nice implementation to make it easier for regular users, and also allowing to pay with Apple the reg&storage fees.
