Well, there's a thought.

All I hear is "government gives me money and elon musk does not."
If you're going to ignore the entire point of what I'm saying it's clear you don't want to understand the problem and I have wasted my time patiently explaining it to you. It's REALLY simple: Those who control the (fiat) money are CONSTANTLY and INCENSANTLY stealing from EVERYONE else. And that is wrong.
#Done
No it's not designed to LOSE value, it doesn't just go away. It is designed make YOU to lose value and MOVE that value to those who control it. It has been that way for at least a hundred years.
Would it be 'offensive' if I had slaves? How about if I only made them work for 10% of the year? I'm only extracting 10% of their value from them, and doing nothing to gain it except 'possessing' them...
But stealing their value and life energy is INHERENTLY EVIL, and thus offensive.
Fiat makes slaves of everyone, and has done so for a century. There is FINALLY something that they can NOT control, which on a long enough time frame easily overcomes that, but it is still just and right to take offense at, and decry their evil system.
Here’s my take on how fiat incentives corrupted farmers and doctors and how #Bitcoin can empower them to reclaim their role as hero’s of the 21st century
Please share thoughts and input in the comments and zap your support if this post resonates and brought value to your day
—
Let’s start with the dark fact that farmers and doctors both have very high suicide rates today
Why?
Why are farmers and doctors suffering so much?
I think it’s because fiat has corrupted their professions
What were formerly noble, virtuous and meaningful professions under a hard money standard have become corrupt, harmful and soul sucking professions under fiat incentives
They went from being hero’s of our world to becoming the villains
They went from healing people with nutritious food and sound health advice to poisoning people with chemicals
—
Farmers used to steward the land to grow nutrient dense food that fed their community. A very important and meaningful job
Now, farmers wage war on Mother Earth and produce chemical laden, toxic crops devoid of nutrients
Their job is now to kill
Kill weeds with herbicides
Kill insects with insecticides
Kill anything that targets the unnatural weak monocrops they grow in unhealthy soil
—
Doctors used to be trusted healing authorities who helped their community develop and maintain optimal health
Now, doctors are glorified drug reps waging war on the human body under the guise of trying to kill diseases
Kill cancer with chemotherapy
Kill infections and viruses with chemical drugs
They kill anything that targets the unnatural and weak humans who come to them for help
Natural medicines are ignored and demonized and many doctors are trapped under a mountain of debt unable to do what’s right because they must tow the line created by their masters (drug companies)
—
Now for the hopeful part:
#Bitcoin and regenerative practices can turn the tables and empower farmers and doctors to once again become the hero’s of our world
By switching to hard money that protects their time, they have space to explore and learn regenerative techniques that support them and those they serve
Farmers can return to the soil and employ a regenerative approach that aligns with mother nature instead of fighting her
They can unlock abundance and free themselves from the shackles of the chemical companies who currently control them
Doctors can return to providing regenerative health advice and work for their patients instead of corrupt insurance and pharmaceutical companies
They can transact P2P with their patients and achieve the freedom from corrupt institutions by saving their time in fuck you money
—
As Bitcoiners we can accelerate the transition by supporting farmers and doctors in their quest to understand Bitcoin and restore meaning in their work
How?
Pay your farmer sats P2P
Pay your doctor sats P2P
We can all do our part to restore sanity and reason in this world by voting with our sats 🙌🏽

"fiat has corrupted their professions"
That's what it does. Fiat Corrupts.
I've literally never seen anyone use the word "cute" when NOT referring to a child or an animal, if they are NOT trying to be condescending. So that's off-putting right off the bat, but everything else in your comments suggests that you simply don't know what the word fiat means.
Fiat means 'by arbitrary decree'. That means that fiat currency is currency because someone says it is. Generally no problem so far, if everyone agrees to use that currency to represent value.
But in the USD and the fiat I'm aware of, that decree declares 'this is the money available for you to use, it necessarily WILL be worth less tomorrow. If all goes as WELL as it possibly can, you will have 8% less value next year. If WE need more value, we can just produce MORE of this currency, making your saved currency worth MUCH less, so WE can extract that value from you without doing anything but 'printing' more of this currency".
COULD there be better fiat? Absolutely. Create a fiat that can't be inflated, that can't be devalued by creating more.
If government created a fiat currency that COULD NOT be 'printed' at will they would make it useful as a medium of exchange without making it damaging to the wealth and value that those who work for it posses
But they don't. Because then THEY would have to do something for the money THEY want too. And that's the basics of the system we have: They offer a currency that WE have to work or trade for, but they can just create at will for themselves. That is inherently unjust for those who have to work for it.
All that said, if 'government not stealing value from you every day for work you already did' is now "utopian thinking" then yes, I think you'll find MANY 'utopists' holding bitcoin.
Nah, those girls are WAY too old for biden.
Just for reference, this isn't perfectly accurate because i can't find exact measurements of the booster only, but the entire starship is a little over 400ft.
This makes the Statue of Liberty a tad taller than the booster alone from what it looks like, but this should give some references to try to picture the scale of what just happened and why this is a big deal.
This is the rocket that they expect to be able to potentially take humans (back? 🤔) to the moon and further, and it just launched into space, returned on its own, and was firmly and safely placed back to the exact same position where it will take off from for its next mission. 🤯

This is where you can see the workers in comparison...

FYI, I asked Venice for a list of things that are 305 feet high, since I haven't seen the statue of liberty in years (and never up close) so I wanted to find another point of reference, and it looks like the statue is 305 feet tall, without the pedestal:
The Washington Monument in Washington D.C., USA
The Luxor Obelisk in Paris, France
The Nelson's Column in Trafalgar Square, London, England
The Statue of Liberty, without the pedestal, in Liberty Island, New York City, USA
The Angel of Independence Monument in Mexico City, Mexico
The Monument to the Revolution in Mexico City, Mexico
The Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai Monument in Bhit Shah, Pakistan
The Meroe Pyramids in Meroe, Sudan
The Red Fort in New Delhi, India
The Gyeongcheonsa Temple in Gyeongju, South Korea
Nostr users just need a name as cool as 'ferroequinologist'.
CGI = Fiat film.
Imagine what it took to setup and execute this20 second scene in 1960.

Is there any value in watching the HBO 'bitcoin documentary' or is it just 'Doomsday Preppers' for bitcoin as it sounds like?
#AskNostr
I remember watching "Sacred Cow: The Nutritional, Environmental and Ethical Case for Better Meat". There was a person who wanted to be vegetarian to avoid killing.
So she planted a garden... and got slugs on her lettuce. She realized she had to kill the slugs. So she thought about buying lettuce, but accepted that SOMONE would have to kill the slugs on THAT lettuce. She ended up at the same conclusion that you voice here.
I REALLY liked that they walked through her thought process like that and I expect it helped others arrive and the same reasonable conclusion.
Sure glad I saw this, I coulda screwed up Christmas if someone hadn't told me a bag wasn't a toy!

I'm pretty sure it's one of these guys...
