Apple and Google confirm governments spy on users through push notifications

Oregon Senator Ron Wyden has asked the Department of Justice to lift any existing restrictions around discussions of push notification surveillance.
“I write to urge the Department of Justice (DOJ) to permit Apple and Google to inform their customers and the general public about demands for smartphone app notification records,” Wyden writes in the letter...
Wyden moved the DOJ to allow Apple and Google to be transparent about the demands they receive from governments regarding push notification surveillance.
Meanwhile, the two companies welcomed Wyden’s letter and acknowledged that push notification surveillance has been happening for a while. Apple even said it was not allowed to disclose government requests for push notification data but will start informing users about it now.
Yikes.
Which USC or regulation is the pertinent one Apple is citing?

The urban renewal continues. Fescue grass is up from seed. This was roto-tilled 5x and 75 gallons of garbage was cleaned up during that ptocess-broken glass, insulation, bits of house, broken toys, needles, you name it.
Garden space now has 6” layer of reclaimed wood chips for mulch and weed suppression.
The more I see of the System, the more I believe in the value of breaking away and building in small, dense silos.
The big S System has ceased to be market rational and no longer allocates goods and services to their highest and best use.
It probably would, in this case, this was the order I found the rocks.
The key here is more about interlocking mass. There is a steel T post driven 3 feet deep in the center of the stone pile. It stabilizes the mass. The wire mesh retains the mass.
Solid stone in this area weighs 160# per cubic foot, so this mass post probably will exceed two tons.
Wire fence to keep cats out of my newly planted strawberries. This is an old fire ring, lined with geofabric and filled with potting soil.
I gathered the stones off the lot to create the boundary posts. This was a common way to establish fence corners on the prairies where trees for posts were rare and precious.
Did you see where Mitch McConnell inexplicably froze up during that recent press conference and couldn't continue his statement? It's a pretty crazy video... (sound on 🔊)

Age in Service Limits. No election after age 65 for Congress, no election after age 61 for Senate.
For me at least, the relative portability aspect of bitcoin gives it advantages over gold.
On the other hand, gold offers discrete transactions that seem not possible with BTC. Discussing the possibilities of running sterile transactions seems useful.
Outside of that, some look at relative volatility and security of BTC compared with the competitors- metals, bonds, commodities, etc would be interesting.

Wild article from the best writer in all of agriculture- Chris Bennet
“Let me be clear: Without the Judas goats, there were not enough men in south Omaha to move 1,000-plus sheep up a ramp because the sheep would bunch up or balk. In other words, the plant was truly dependent on the Judas goats to betray the sheep.” https://www.agweb.com/news/livestock/beef/slaughterhouse-kings-recalling-creepy-reign-judas-goats
