For me, even after analyzing a situation and deciding on what I believe is the correct path forward, turning the page and starting a new chapter in life is filled with mixed emotions. I feel excitement, doubt, and even sadness. I just want to slow everything down and things not change so quickly. Unfortunately or not, change is coming faster than ever. Here's to moving forward and adapting to the inevitable. 🍻

I went to boarding school in Greenwich Connecticut in1975.
It was home to the last stand of Polio in the USA a year or 2 before I got there. I had classmates (6th grade) crippled by Polio, and I was scared to death of it. ( I was never vaccinated for Polio btw because of religion. My mother was very religious. Me not so much, but that isn't the point.) Theoretically your children would be protected if vaccinated. I understand viruses are continuously mutating so irradiation is best case scenario, but humans by nature don't like to be told what to do. So it's complicated. I feel like I understand both sides of the argument. I've come to believe the best approach is give people the scientific data and choice of options, and then let them choose. This includes whether to send your children to public school or not. There would be less resistance and push back, and I believe more people vaccinated with that philosophy. Just my 2 sats worth. 🫂
