You would be outsourcing your content filtering to a central authority, which is the antithesis of decentralized communication. That group would inevitably use that power to remove things they don't like as "spam".
It's a double-edged sword. You could set up a relay with spam filters, but that would inevitably lead to censorship. I don't have a good solution other than a blacklist.

I always found it odd that he came up with most of his work while he worked as a patent clerk, the place where these ideas are sent, and that every one of them is just a rehash of someone else's work. I have a couple of questions for any AnCaps out there. How does the justice system work in your theoretical society? How do you keep bad actors in check? How do you prevent a soft invasion of people who do not subscribe to AnCap theory out of your body politic, if one exists?
I love this idea in theory, but I'm dubious how it would work in practice.
