got it. if both the payer and payee are using cln, is this possible to do today? is it just that lnd nodes not be able to pay those invoices?
if the parties are using c lightning, do bolt12 payer proofs work? i’ve read about them but don’t know to what extent bolt12 is live and usable
not yet to prove you sent them but that a given invoice was acknowledged as paid

the way i understand it, it pulls events from people you follow and those they follow from a set of relays you may not have.
it also publishes your events to a set of relays you may not publish to.
ie. limited sync for paid members’ web of connections across a bunch of other relays
