it’s done now but we could have had smaller blocks if we had accepted some of the network at the time would fork off regardless…

full + expensive mempool for an extended period of time can bring LN to a grind without better / LN-native liquidity reallocation tools…
solving for scenarios where we may have full + expensive mempool for extended periods is the raison d’etre of LN

with lightning, ordinals/inscriptions, taro, and nostr, there is almost no “use case” for web3 that hasn’t been dismantled.
this isn’t to say i endorse all of those uses or find them valuable, just that there aren’t even bad use cases left to be building anywhere else.

you’re probably not alone but i don’t see how you’re making that leap.
if anything, badges can serve uses that shitcoiners attribute to shitcoins, e.g., displaying membership in a club/community to access gated content.

if they cared enough, they’d have to come find you on nostr if you left twitter but leave a cross-poster on
is there a nostr->twitter publisher? ideally one that also links to the nostr post for people to comment on their nostr client while they’re browsing twitter.
