it sounds like you have overworked your nervous system 🫂

these things you’ve invited into your life are wonderful, but going carnivore isn’t the heal all magical pill. especially for women, our menstrual cycle forces us to have carbohydrates some weeks.

here’s some simple tips for you 🫶🏼

-sleep 5-6 cycles every night (7.5-9hrs)

-stay grounded AS OFTEN AS YOU CAN (get indoor grounding supplies if you can’t be barefoot outside often)

-drink MINERALIZED water. not the bubbly kinds i mean put some quality sea salt in your clean filtered water.

-place intention on everything you invite into YOU. whether it’s food, movement, or water. this simple act of gratitude and awareness will help illuminate what truly serves you and what doesn’t.

-use organic castor oil on your belly at night. and under your eyes, on your forehead, any&everywhere! it will help sooth your nervous system while you rest.

What you’re experiencing is called keto flu. Generally it lasts about a week and a half. You should take some magnesium, salt and enough good fat. Chicken broth could also be helpful.

It’s almost always stress-induced—whether you realize it or not. Obsessing over every little thing you eat or do is, in itself, a form of stress. Personally, I take a pretty laid-back approach to food and exercise. I don’t overthink it—I eat reasonably, check labels when it makes sense, go for walks, and just roll with life. And guess what? I’m healthy. Maybe it’s anecdotal, but I’m the only person I know who never gets sick, has a clean bill of health, and can still bike, play soccer, and snowboard like I did 20 years ago. Sometimes, the secret isn’t another health hack—it’s just not stressing about it.

GM Isa, well I can tell you that carnivore didn't work for me. Tried for like 12-16 weeks. Digestion problems, indigestion, burbing, heartburn, constipation. Dont know what went wrong there. Before that I was mainly keto. Everything was fine on keto. Nowdays I eat a lot of carbs, potatoes, vegetables, honey etc. Digestion has improved a lot.

You’re “getting well” as we say. Your body is going through a purge. You’ve. Cleaning out and moving lots of old stuck crap in your system and now the body needs to shed it out. You’re all good. It’s possible to adopt a regimen of purging on purpose every so often to keep things moving so the body doesn’t have to always take over in abrupt ways.

The same thing happened to me a year ago! Super balanced life I ran every day and at a certain point I got dizzy and dizzy. I couldn't stand anymore... visits on visits but nothing they never found anything. I don't want to be a conspiracy theorist but those shitty vaccines in my opinion have poisoned us 💉🦠

Hello. I think the biggest benefit of those extreme diets like carnivore or keto are getting rid of industrial food that is killing us

But it is probably healthier to eat a diverse diet with meat, fish, nuts, but also fruits and vegetables, including some carbs like potatoes but not in excess

And some honey and yoghourt and wine and cheese (for wine if you can do it reasonably, me for instance it is hard!)

Only meat might suit some but probably not many
