The opposite of globalist.

Thanks. As if I didn’t have enough to be paranoid about already!

Should I be suspicious if the delivery of a hardware wallet keeps getting pushed back?

Left the vendor weeks ago and has allegedly been with UPS at their international carrier facility for the past two weeks, now estimating delivery second week July…

That’s a long time for the fiat protection squad to be tampering with hardware.

Malthusianism is a tenacious death cult that runs deep.

Modelling that fails to account for human ingenuity (that is, pretty much all prognostication on events more than two generations hence including the entire climate-industrial complex) is largely pointless; impossible to forecast our future capability.

Thanks for posting, big upgrade for our UX team.

I am currently reading:

* The History of Bees (Maja Lunde)

* The Creature from Jekyll Island (G. Edward Griffin)

#ProofOfBook

Or indeed “The Mandibles”

Nice article from Marty Bent.

One of the cleanest arguments to date for those that otherwise refuse to be red-pilled against the two-tier system has surely been the Epstein trial.

But they’re about to let SBF off the hook! I mean come on, people. nostr:note10c0ldfg7u0y3cwydluhj8verv5jc6mwtgt6gwevgvl7mhqcnfyesztl5rm

Ten minutes in and Elon wants to replace the global financial system with x.com, seemingly in direct competition with #bitcoin. Interesting tack.

Everyone has something they’d abandon all principles for. I’d eat the bugs, retina-scan my CBDCs and implant the neuralink if it cured my tinnitus.

Yep. The renewables push is 97% bollocks on the supply side (especially wind, an absolute embarrassment for this species), but on the demand side if you can get yourself a good solar+battery setup it adds a lot of resiliency. Especially in the sort of remote country setting that attracts many of us heading for the exits. Grid out here is flaky at the best of times.

With Solar + Powerwall Elon is saving libertarian preppers more than the planet, and I’m here for that.

Anything in The Culture series, obvs.

For a path less travelled, try Nova by Samuel Delany.

With well woven themes concerning energy and our relationship with AI; it feels very contemporary, despite being published in 1968.

Due to inflation, Redford’s Indecent Proposal would cost him $2.1m today ($1m, 1993). Still a solid trade.

Spent more than I stacked today. Some days that’s a thing. Makes a market.

It is. And it was already bananas. Amazing how the “end of history” equilibrium so quickly turned into one of the most rapid periods of change in human history.
