Bitcoin

How do they control it? They can try to impact price and/ or seize it but they can’t create new units without energy input. Gold has a lot of issues as being used for money, but I don’t think centralization is one of them.

No

Who controls it?

Not to split hairs, but wouldn’t you consider gold decentralized?

Took a long time to accept this and I still forget sometimes.

Any church that is non denominational, which are growing pretty fast. There seems to be a lot of people that are tired of the religious dogma (including me) that has nothing to do with a relationship with God. You probably wont hear about them other than at a local level. For an example, I have a friend that has mostly neighbors meet once a week to talk about faith, the bible, other spiritually relevant topics at his house.

I have a friend into alt coins and was wondering what the most persuasive podcast people have found for new people is?

Does this make me a pervert?

She doesn’t want bitcoin or fiat? Is she a gold bug?

It solves user’s problems while making itself more powerful. Seems like a fair tradeoff in the short run. Long term, who knows but it cant be stopped either way.

Do you think legislatures understand the difference between bitcoin and crypto?

“Agreed upon at a global level” haha what is the last thing that was agree upon at a global level?
