Italy is a breathtaking place on earth, so diverse, very well captured here 👌🌿
Gooood mornin' ☀️😼 Pomegranate season ongoing.
One more month to go before the Wim Hof Master Class and travels to the autumn cold mountains in Poland 💪❄️ Meanwhile studies in late summer bliss Greece.

When summarized and put together with the brain like that, these principles are all good and fine. Everybody would agree and like to follow them. Yet, many don't and can't. Why?
Because we are stuck in habit and reaction patterns that are going on subconsciously. If we want to or not.
To see them and break free of those deep grooves there are some techniques that help you get going. But ultimately, it's about your serious, yet happy discovery of what's really going on inside of you. At some point, discard ALL outside advice and knowledge. Go within.

This is probably what you are looking for:
True!
Western 'civilization' where rules matter more than humanity and everybody's ego is bolstered through competitive reward & punishment education 😅 Time for change.
Haha, yes, I'd like to translate many videos/podcasts for my family, too, especially spiritual and bitcoin content ... It's just always a step ahead in English. So, good thinking with these AI tools.
Use F-Droid app store ... only open-source ad-free apps, nicely curated and kept up to date.
It's not exactly what you're looking for, but if downloading/uploading a reasonably-sized YT video is the issue, then this may help.
If you run an Android or de-googled phone, you can download the app 'NewPipe' from the 'F-Droid store'. NewPipe is a YT client, running videos without ads AND you can download videos easily in simple, also low-quality, MP4 format. Then you can upload that small-size version to your AI (otter?) to work work on it.
Good hint, by the way, I'll check 'otter' out 🙏
Haha, perfect 🩵
Suntimes is a great Android app. Here is the code:

Thanks for sharing. You're role model of a modern lifestyle. 💪
Oh wow, thank you soo much 🙏🌿 ... also for the link to the Suntimes Github, perfect!!
Alrighty, we are living off grid in nature already. Now, let's get happily serious about that circadian rhythm. More deeply connected with nature, more clarity and energy: Getting up before sunrise, regular meals, intermittent fasting, winding down properly before entering the sleeping loft. None of this fits with regular Greek lifestyle (restaurants are still full at 11 pm). But I'm determined. Mindset and focus - strong pillar of the Wim Hof method 💪

Screenshot of 'Suntimes' app from F-Droid store, really good one 👍
Once you are cold plunging regularly, you don't wanna miss it anymore. It's fun, it's raw. You want to connect with nature, just the way it is 🩵

☝️Obviously for your first cold plunges, you go in slowly. No jumping rightaway into deep waters 🙏

Good stuff! We live tiny and off grid in pure nature for a few years now ... and still do not live fully circadian. I though it would be easy once nature is all around. But I still have a bit of old city rhythm in me. I'm taking your note here as motivation to fully kick it off now 🙏
And btw, how can I find you sun documentary?
🙏 I personally hope that on Nostr we can communicate in a natural, balanced way. Because we don't have to satisfy a universal algorithm that is rewarding an attention grabbing style of writing. This would heal a lot of divisiveness and default back to peaceful interactions.
Yes ☀️ !
As with all things, find the balance, train body awareness, seek shade when the time is right. If you can't avoid direct sunlight, for example on open water, raspberry seed oil may serve your needs just fine.
