Bitcoin 200w has historically been our 'bottom'. The FTX contagion situation caused historically low prices. We just broke back above the 200w, the first time ever Bitcoin has had to approach that from below.

I like nos.lol for the aggregation, relay.damus.io for the popularity, then your choice of paid local relays for redundancy.

That depends on your connection and machine. On a phone/4g, I'd say 5 or less is best. nos.lol is an aggregator of other relays so it's a good one to keep if you're gonna keep one free one. nostr.band is also an aggregator but I don't know if you can write to it.
its probably the relays. I'm not sure. It depends on the client.
