I'm countries like Japan, houses are actually depreciating assets, like a car or RV. This reflects reality.
The scarcity of land is artificially exacerbated by zoning and regulation, to the end of benefiting land hoarders.
Investing behaviors of people search of hard assets that resist inflation need to be redirected into better alternatives like Bitcoin that do not have harsh impacts on basic human neads.
It has simplicity on its side.
There will need to be more tools but feels like a good first step.
If nostr people can get their minds around onboarding and the need for communities that can be easily moderated I think it had the potential to be the protocol that pulls past the others...amethyst in like 8 months of dev is so much better then say tusky it's hilarious.
Many lots have a high degree of uniqueness, which drives creativity- combined with a strong social desire to express identity.

Agreed- I most typically used fountain but the search/saved experience was bad.
Nostr can stream- it should be able to pod. Integrate it here. Small subcultures are great but having to check a dozen different niche apps is too much friction.
Bitcoiners have a cultural problem with making hyperbolic statements about how they are the future like they are invoking some prophesied preordained event. It's a but much and makes a paces like this hard to approach.
