screaming out a not-even-half-baked idea so i can clean my whiteboard:
the new token based economy (no blockchain):
- AI agents need tokens to run but in theory agents can make ROI on the token investments
- ecash gives you credentials + value at the same time
- you could "invest" ecash credentials to an agent instance and that instance would perform work based on that since the investment enables it to actually run
- with recent l402 and llm ecash proxy advancements the investments could be potentially locked (havent actually checked if the flow works but then again i've spent 3mins thinking about it)
7 superfoods with a very bad reputation.
But you should eat them for your own good.
1. Red meat.

“It causes cancer and disease” → Urban Legend
• If you choose lean cuts and quality meat, it's top-notch
• Grass-fed beef is my favorite
• Protein, iron, zinc, B12
• The problem isn't the meat, it's the junk you eat with it

2. Eggs.
“Too much cholesterol” → Urban Legend
• Complete protein
• Good fats
• Raises HDL (good cholesterol)
• Zero risk for most healthy people

3. Salt
“It raises blood pressure” → Urban Legend
• Essential for hydration, nerves, and muscles
• The problem is excess processed foods, not real salt
• Don't eliminate it. Use it wisely.

4. Butter
• “It clogs arteries” → Urban Legend
• Grass-fed butter is GOLD, it has vitamins A, D, E, and K
• Real, filling fat
• Use it wisely, not fearfully

5. Whole-fat dairy products
• “Fat makes you fat” → Urban Legend
• They provide fat-soluble vitamins (A and D)
• Essential fats
• They're more filling than skimmed dairy products
• A better choice if they're high-quality

6. Coffee
• “It dehydrates and upsets you” → Urban Legend
• Full of antioxidants
• Improves energy and focus
• May reduce the risk of neurodegenerative diseases
• Don't ruin it with cream and sugar. Drink it neat if possible.

7. Potatoes
• "They're fattening" → Urban Legend
• Rich in potassium, fiber, vitamins C and B6
• If you boil or bake them, they're 100% safe
• What's fattening is frying them and soaking them in bad oil
• You can eat them cooked and refrigerated for 48 hours for resistant starch

TIL that my diet consist of superfoods only (the list is missing raw honey and raw cacao)
15 years ago, nostr:nprofile1qqsqyredyxhqn0e4ln0mvh0v79rchpr0taeg4vcvt64te4kssx5pc0spz3mhxue69uhkummnw3ezummcw3ezuer9wcq3camnwvaz7tmwdaehgu3dwfjkccte9emkcann9eehqctrv5x6d3yy advocated using bits (10⁻³ BTC) as Bitcoin's standard unit.
Today, nostr:nprofile1qqsgydql3q4ka27d9wnlrmus4tvkrnc8ftc4h8h5fgyln54gl0a7dgspz3mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduqnxamnwvaz7tmwwa3juurjd9kkzmpwdejhgtmp09mx5mr9d9kx67psv9krw63jwpchgv35w9jkgvt6xasnsucmags4j is pushing to rename sats (10⁻⁸ BTC) and make them the standard.
In 15 years, someone will be arguing the same for msats (10⁻¹¹ BTC).
This is what winning looks like.
msats don't exist.
Crime does not pay - unless you get elected.
Its hard no to think about Europe when you listen to this.
One never arrives.
They used taxpayer money from the DoD to design censorship algorithms and then give them to the big tech companies to control the population.
Wake the fuck up, government is your #1 enemy and always has been

This is the year we all get killdozers
Hey Nostr, the Primal Article Editor is here!
Our goal was to build a feature-rich, rock-solid long form note editor that interoperates perfectly with other Nostr long form apps like Highlighter, Habla, and Yakihonne.
It’s a complex product with a lot of moving parts—not easy to nail on the first try. We think we got pretty close. Try it out and let us know what you think. We’ll keep improving it until it’s tip-top. 🫡

i see Cason I press play. always great to queue up another epic rant
as others have suggested use an agent based ide as cursor/windsurf/vcode
cursor out of the box gives you decent performance, if you wanna go deep vcode+roo is a deep rabbit hole specially if you dig into advanced setups like the SEC playbook https://github.com/jodobear/sparcaroo
