seven months ago I got hit by a car. The driver got away and I was nearly dead. A lot of surgeries later I could leave the hospital just before Christmas. Two weeks ago I went for my first kickboxing training after the accident. I'm as good as new!
Today I finally got all my mobile phones data recovered, and with that my nostr key.
can I get a "whoop whoop"?

I'm sleeping in my friends old room tonight. It's a bit like a shrine to his mother.
His parents actually invited me to explain why they are/were so overprotective with their son. I know about his disability, what I didn't know is that he spent the first three years of his life in hospital. Most of the time in intensive care.
His whole life he had someone around him that got paid to take care of him. When I first met him at university he lived in an assisted living facility.
Then I showed up, taking over some of the chores just to be able to spend more time with him. They didn't understand or like that. They accused me of being after their money.
Over two years later they finally understood that I don't have an evil plan. They wanted to let me know that they are happy that their son found a good friend and actually got the motivation to not depend on anyone else.
Let's see what they have planned for me tomorrow.
