That’s a pretty complex hypothesis. I understand what you are saying but there would still need to be places for ppl with low income/ bad credit/ short term homes.
In the end would result in large entities owning those properties and likely turning into a larger monopolies.
I do not agree with banks selling pools of mortgages and using the end real estate as collateral.
Here’s a #thought : The #BTC ETF allocation exceeded the total number of BTC mined in February. Simply put, more demand than supply.
How long will the available ‘pool’ of purchasable BTC remain before we hit a point where most are #HODL and no BTC is available to purchase or swap from an exchange?
If BTC accumulation is exceeding mining already then the answer seems to be not too far in the future. This is the state where valuation is truly realized.

These are cover cropped right now with daikon radish, winter pea, clover, rye grass. I have an order of fruit trees and berry bushes that will be placed into guilds in this space and inter planted with onion, garlic, and some other perennials
Can’t go wrong with berry bushes since they get a quicker yield. I advise getting what you eat and plant it in a guild. 1 fruit tree to 2-3 berry shrubs.
The most exited thing in waiting to try is the native Pawpaw. 🤤

Water has been the major project around here. We’re on a pretty decent slope and want to capture as much as possible. The last thing I’d like to do is dig a small 1/4 ac pond in the back at the bottom of the slope.
They’re very enlightening projects but take a tremendous amount of labor when doing by hand.
Finished the contour garden beds. Each bed is downhill from each other. It’s pretty neat how they work. I have an IBC tote collecting gutter water. I can then flood the top bed, once it overflows, it fills up the next bed downhill and so on until all 4 beds are full. Once the last fills up, any remaining water is sent to the lower swale to flow towards the orchard. There’s something about manipulating the flow of water that feels enriching.

We have a rule they must do homework and chores after school. If it’s nice out, be outside for at least 30-60min then be off screens by 6pm. Kids are age 4-11yo
I’ve seen them fall asleep with YouTube playing in their face before and the next day is hell bc they got either terrible or very little sleep.
I like to have them explore their own interests as I did when I was introduced to computers but also set boundaries and consequences for crossing them.

Landed a garden and chicken run project from a consultation Saturday morning. #OrganixLandscapes
Finished forming the last in ground #garden beds and they’re ready for some berry bushes and other food forest perennials.
Finished the last #swale install on the property. Can now say virtually 100% of rainfall on our 3.5 acres will now be soaked in rather than ran off.
Went to 2 different bday parties for my nieces which was a joy to see both sides of the family.
