I’m so sorry to hear about your doggo! It’s been 4 years since she tore her right CCL. I originally was going to get her surgery. It ended up being delayed because of the pandemic and covid restrictions. When it was available again she was doing so well running and jumping around. I chose to continue with conservative management. Got her some more dasuquin chews today. They’ve been helpful in the past.

Colorful: Sea and Sky (Hawaii)
My interest in these two photos is to play with the mixed meaning of monochrome and colorful. On one hand, an imagine - like “Sea & Sky” - can be both, colorful and monochrome (in vibrant hues of blue). On the other hand, to be in conversation with others today who have chosen full Black & White / Greyscale photos for “monochrome,” I’ve chosen “Shanghai in Grey” which is actually an unedited full color photo that due to particularly drab weather conditions of that day and modern construction materials of the buildings in subject, appears to be greyscale.

The pictures are gorgeous. I would argue that the sea and sky is also monochrome in beautiful blues. Love the composition of the buildings in Shanghai.
My dog hurt her leg last night, her good leg. She previously tore her CCL, the canine equivalent to the ACL, in her right leg. Last night she hurt her left leg and is limping. I’m hoping it’s just a sprain because she hasn’t yelped like she did when she tore her CCL. If anyone wants to send Navi positive thoughts or prayers for healing I’d appreciate it.
