Running the latest Stable Diffusion models locally is frying my poor GTX 1080.
Would a paid relay that stores video for TikTok-like functionality be possible like this?
The relay stores videos for just a short time to keep costs down (one month maybe, with a warning and download option for viewers) and the user who wants to post a short video automatically zaps the relay something like 500 sats. Maybe each user gets a few free video uploads first. Seems like it could be done without much UX hassle for content creators. Thoughts?
I heard in some ECS/data-driven-design lessons for game design that it’s generally faster to have structs of arrays than arrays of structs. Perhaps it’s the same thing here?
The change log on GitHub shows support for i2p for Bitcoin Core. Not sure how to apply it to LN (ie CLN or LND).
Seems like it would be good middle ground between clearnet and tor that has privacy without at much of the speed penalty that tor has.

Lightning as it is right now is pretty private, but businesses will likely be told to run OFAC compliance nodes like this, at which point noncompliance comes in to play.
Noncompliance is pretty much the only thing. They will tell us we have to use centralized exchanges. You have to be willing to still trade P2P or use Bisq. They will tell us we can’t coinjoin. You have to be willing to still coinjoin. As a business they will tell you that you have to KYC your customers who pay with Bitcoin. You have to be willing to let your customers still pay anonymously. Takes the will to take some risk, which will be tough during the “then they fight you” stage which we are in the beginning of.
As long as helping me down an idiotic path isn’t part of the deal!

Yup, saw that and it looks like he has a site called bitcoinstrategyplatform. Wasn’t able to find the sats/dollar circling the drain.
There used to be a Bitcoin spiral chart showing sats/dollar that looked like the line was circling the drain. Was my favorite one and I can’t find it now.
