I've never had to migrate from their servers but moving our nostr:npub1gvmc3nvmjekx7e0qlkeaqw2cqypvtqdcg4ljuz0wfj3zxjnnauys3ngk9f from one VPS to another wasn't bad at all. It was more or less a DB and a media dir.
It's not moving the instance thats a challenge; all of the data is tightly coupled to a given homeserver domain, which AFAIK can't be migrated to a new domain without hacking things 😔
Specter has an embedded node, wouldn't say it's dummy proof, but better than core.
Yeah if onchain isn't an option and we wanna go straight to lightning, we'll have to deal with tradeoffs (or just do the work to run a real node)
Bisq or HodlHodl can help with the fiat bridge in EU for onchain. In the US, Bisq offers the usual interbank services, but also offers US money orders, basically cash in the mail 😉

I also think theres an underappreciated amount of nonverbal communication that happens amongst a developmet team, that AI can't really incorporate (yet?). Tbere's a gap between the rigor of coding & the ambiguity of english which doesn't exist as much with chatbots
The larger the team, the harder it gets to fill that gap IME. AI makes me persinally more efficient when coding, kind of, but that's it so far. I may just not be using it to it's potential
