I am in this incredibly beautiful yet at times extremely painful place right now. Recovering the safety and security that was torn from me, being sad and angry, then feeling gratitude for recovering in all the ways. Loss and grief really brought me to ashes and this is the rising, even if it isn't up only.

Drinking is soooo overrated now lol.

I was asked once if I could go back and change anything from my past and I couldn’t think of anything. I’ve learned so much from all my mistakes that I couldn’t give up those lessons. If anything I wish I could’ve made the mistakes sooner.

I literally tell my children this. It's okay to fail. Failure gives us a chance to grow. Growth is good! Failure doesn't overly matter. What matters is what you do after you fail.

When I meet someone, I always assume that the person is nice and honest. Always. I'm interested and get involved. I care and support. Many of my friends think I'm naive. Mainly because I've already had a few bad experiences with this attitude. Nevertheless, I stick to it, I want to and will think positively about people. To be honest, it feels so much better 🩵💚🫂🫶🏼

I hesitated to publish this content because I feel like I didn't take enough photos, but what convinced me to post these was the beautiful message she left me.

After taking her photos, I asked her, "If you could leave a message for all the people who see us, what message would you give them?"

Her response:

"I am a person who is very devoted to spirituality. I really like people to act from the inside out in a spiritual way, because I see everything from a healthy point of view. One is the one who contaminates things, and in the end, the energy that one emanates is the one that one can receive. So, life's response goes according to what one emanates towards people."

Basically, focus on cultivating a positive and loving attitude, and you will see how life returns the same to you..
