Agreed. I’m not a vegetarian or intend to be. I’m thinking from a perspective of what true nourishment is.. or was..before or human minds took over. I think we can create many things through perspective alone and once we agreed what food and nourishment was, our bodies followed along. Idk

I’m just never going to stop being curious, regardless of what knowledge is out there. We can’t even see dark energy or dark matter, which make up 80-90% of our universe.. so we can see 10-20% of matter and included in that is light, in which we can perceive 0.0035 percent of the full spectrum. I just think we know nothing. Even the rules that guide science come from theories and quantum theory pretty much challenges all of them… so what do we actually know??? Not much

Obviously we can survive off either.. plant or animal. I’m just wondering if I stopped thinking of food as food and simply something that is carrying energy within it that I need to fuel myself. What would be the best method of achieving that with the least amount of overall stress on my body.
