I personally don't observe daylight savings time.

My work laptop is in a different time zone (where most of my team is) and also automatically adjusts so I have that time for reference.

But my home & car clocks and sleep schedule didn't change. Thankfully I have the freedom to work an hour later or earlier without special permission.
