This will surely require a new reminder every 10 years. For example, if the custodian of an ETF gets hacked (looking at you, Coinbase), powerful players will try to push their own Bitcoin.
Especially when considering the potential dangers of such a useless update
26 devs have now voiced their opinion for covenant upgrades to bitcoin.
So far CTV is the only op code to not have any one left evaluating it which makes sense since it's the most mature. CTV also has the least amount of "No"s without any "Evaluating"s.

Coinbase owns a ton of Bitcoin. Saylor owns zero. 
How do you personally benefit from CTV? do you run a company or plan something to do with it?
And the same could be taxed differently again next year🤷...
