It’s promising. Really easy to set up and backup, with no KYC. So that’s amazing. Sending and receiving regular payments works well from what I’ve tested, at least with small amounts. Yea, and the key with any of these wallets is to only keep pocket money amounts on them. Even plain old self-custody lightning where you open a channel to someone, you shouldn’t be keeping large sums of money in them. But for spending amounts, a reasonable amount of cautious risk is ok.
