Some clients have different time periods for mutes (1hr, 1 day, indefinite). Not sure if all relays recognize all of the different options though. Such is life on nostr.

How is that number determined? What about people who have good UTXO management and don’t have all of their BTC in a single UTXO. If 1 million have a whole coin in a single UTXO then there are probably a significant number with a whole coin distributed over many UTXOs.
